We really hope you all enjoy this little website. It has been a labor of love and we will be working hard to try to keep the content coming and make sure its relevant to our followers.

We've tried to add as much content to this site as we can but this is by no means all we want to have on here. The amount of knowledge we've gained and would love to share is immense. We would be doing a great injustice to go about this willy-nilly so the information we will be sharing with you will be worth your time to read. Some of the studies that back up our lifestyle will be shared along with our take on what all the science stuff means in normal-person terms. Sometimes things get to in depth so we will strive to make it understandable, entertaining, and important!

No doctors, no nutritionists!

We are not doctors nor are we nutritionists. However, we have changed our own lives and that of many of our friends and family. We are excited to help anyone we can even if its just with a little motivation and some general encouragement. Is the Ketogenic lifestyle for everyone? Maybe not! But there are many benefits to this way of eating and to be honest there are only a small percentage of the worlds population that actually can not follow this type of eating. When I say small I really mean small, like less than 1% of the entire worlds population and those people have had an official diagnoses by a doctor since they were approximately 2 years old.

So just sit down and relax. Browse through some of the info we've presented here and lets see if we can help you get control of your life and break that cycle of food dependency! I suggest starting with our About Us section and work your way through Megan's and my personal stories. Hopefully one of us can offer a little personal motivation or at least a little back story on why we started this journey. Of course if you have any questions feel free to reach out to us.
